Day 1: Arrival Arrive at Shiraz Airport, and meet and greet by Tour representative. Transfer to hotel, rest, Overnight Shiraz.
Day 2: Shiraz Full-day city tour of Shiraz to visit: Zandieh Complex, Castle, public baths ( Hammam), Bazaar, Khan theological school, Nasir-ol-Molk Mosque, Naranjestan Palace, Eram Garden (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Hafez and Sa'adi mausoleums, Overnight Shiraz. Evening lecture and discussion: Overview of the Iranian School of Sufism
Day 3: Shiraz - Yazd Drive to Yazd en route visit to Persepolis (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Naqsh-e-Rostam, Overnight Yazd.
Day 4: Yazd Full-day city tour of Yazd to visit: Amir Chaghmagh Square, Water Museum, Jame Mosque, Dolat Abad Garden, Fire Temple, Fahadan District, Silence Tower, Traditional Textile workshop, Overnight Yazd. Evening lecture and discussion: Overview of the Role of Water in the Culture of Iran and ancient Irrigation system of Iran.
Day 5: Yazd - Isfahan Drive to Isfahan en route visit to the desert city of Meybod. Visits to the Narin old caravansary, icehouse (Yakchal), pigeon tower (Kabootar Khaneh), and ancient post office (Chapar Khaneh), Proceed to Nain to visit: Nain Jame Masjed (one of the oldest mosques in Iran). Evening arrival in Isfahan. With a visit to the iconic Si-o-Se Pol and Khajoo bridges. Transfer to hotel. Overnight Isfahan.
Day 6: Isfahan Full-Day city tour of Isfahan visiting the Chehel Sotoun Palace, Meidan-e-Imam (Naqsh-e-Jahan Square), Imam Khomeini Mosque, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Aliqapu Palace, Qeysariyeh Bazaar, traditional artisan workshops, Overnight Isfahan. Evening lecture and discussion: Overview of "Traditional Artisans and Handicrafts in Iran"
Day 7: Isfahan Visits in Isfahan include the Armenian quarter of Jolfa, Vank cathedral, Jame Mosque, Hasht Behesht Palace, Si-o-Se Pol (Allahverdikhan), and Khajoo bridges by day, Overnight Isfahan.
Day 8: Isfahan - Tehran Morning drive to Tehran with en-route visit to the village of Abyaneh and in Kashan visits to the Tabatabai house, Agha Bozorg Theological School, and the Fin Garden. Evening arrival and overnight in Tehran.
Day 9: Tehran Full-day city tour of Tehran to visit: Sa'ad Abad Palace Complex, Cinema Museum, Artist's House, Iran Contemporary Art Museum, Photography Museum, Overnight Tehran. Evening lecture and discussion: Overview of "Islam, Iran & Modernity"
Day 10: Departure Transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
